Who is Scotty Club

​

Scotty is a cartoon caricature of our son, Scotty loves everything and anything to do with transport and always on the lookout for new adventures with his collection of trains, trams, boats, cars and airplanes… the list goes on and on!.
The Scotty Club was born from using his favorite topic, transport to encourage Scotty to learn the basics of the alphabet, vocabulary and numbers.

Further learning was encouraged by night time stories which started by creating stories with corresponding letter of the alphabet to a mode of transport. Trying to recall the story plot each night-time was a big ask, certainly when we forgot parts of the story and Scotty was upset and telling us, “You’ve missed out . “

The idea of having illustrated stories took Scottys learning to a new level but also a very costly idea to even finish “A for Airplane” children’s book never mind trying to complete series of 26 stories of each letter of the alphabet.

 

To help finish the 26 “A-Z of Transport” children’s books we’ve decided to go public and publish the illustrated stories, one book at a time.

 

Plus enhance overall educational actives to cover not just transport, so stay tuned for more A-Z topics with Scotty Learning Adventure books and printable activities for children to learn whilst having fun with Scotty; from learning the alphabet, handwriting, to fun coloring, puzzles and lots more.
